Return & Refund Policy

At MOUV USA LLC, we are committed to providing a premium studio experience. Due to the nature of our services and limited class capacity, the following Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases.


1. Class Purchases & Packages

  • All class purchases, class packs, memberships, and promotional offers are final sale.

  • No refunds will be issued for unused classes, missed classes, or partially used packages.

  • Class packs expire as stated at the time of purchase and extensions are not guaranteed.


2. Memberships

  • Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Memberships may be paused or canceled only in accordance with the specific terms outlined in the membership agreement.

  • Any unused classes associated with a canceled membership are forfeited upon termination unless otherwise stated in writing.


3. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Clients must cancel or reschedule a class within the required cancellation window shown at booking (typically 12 hours).

  • Late cancellations and no-shows will result in:

    • Loss of the class credit, or

    • A late cancellation/no-show fee, depending on the class type is typically 15.00 Dollars + Tax will be charged to the account for members who hold an autopay monthly contract 


4. Intro Offers, Promotions & Special Events

  • Intro offers, founding memberships, promotional pricing, and special events are non-refundable.

  • Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts unless explicitly stated.

  • Event tickets and opening day experiences are final sale, unless an event is canceled by MOUV.


5. Retail Purchases

  • Retail items (such as grip socks or merchandise) may be returned within 7 days of purchase, provided they are:

    • Unworn

    • Unused

    • In original packaging with tags attached

  • Sale items are final sale.

  • Refunds for approved returns will be issued to the original form of payment.


6. Studio Cancellations

  • If MOUV cancels a class, clients will receive:

    • A full class credit, or

    • A refund, at MOUV’s discretion


7. Medical Exceptions

  • In rare cases involving medical emergencies, refund or credit requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis with valid documentation.

  • Approval is not guaranteed and is at the sole discretion of MOUV USA LLC.


8. Policy Updates

MOUV USA LLC reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
