Before you come in.
What's the difference between Reformer and Hot Mat?
Reformer uses our studio's reformer machines — spring-loaded resistance, slow and controlled. Hot Mat is bodyweight-only in a 95°F infrared heated room — more dynamic, more cardio, more sweat. Most first-timers try one of each during their intro.
What do I wear and bring?
For Reformer: form-fitting athletic wear, grip socks (we provide them). For Hot Mat: minimal, breathable layers, a towel (we provide extras). Arrive 10 minutes before class — Alexa will walk you through the studio.
I've never done reformer before. Is that okay?
Yes. Every class is open-level and our teachers cue beginners differently. If you want extra support, book "Reformer Flow" for your first class — it's the most beginner-friendly format.
What happens after my three classes?
Nothing automatic. No rebill. If you want to continue, we'll walk you through options at the front desk — 5-packs, memberships, or another intro. Your call, no pressure.
Can I cancel or refund?
Class packs are non-refundable once purchased. Individual class bookings can be cancelled up to 12 hours before start time. Contact dumbo@mouv.us with any questions.
