Let's get MOUVing
Learn what it takes to be a MOUV instructor with the MOUV Academy. Over a two-week intensive of training, community classes and assessments, you'll master the MOUV Pilates Method: proper cueing, class flow for Reformer and Infrared Hot Mat, and the MOUV brand.
Will I be tested?
You'll complete modules and quizzes as part of the pre-academy online learning. At the end of the two weeks you'll teach a 45-minute class as a practical assessment, and pass a final online exam.
What qualifications do I need?
At least one of: a Pilates teaching certificate, or a Reformer or Hot Pilates teaching certificate. A personal training certification is a plus.
