Depending on the class you will work with bodyweight, weights and props, and the styles range from slow and controlled to fast, beat-based sculpting.
Bring a water bottle and a towel. Towel rental has a $4 hygiene contribution. If you are pregnant or have a health condition, check with your doctor before training in a heated room.
